The End of the Essential Health Benefits Requirement

Group plans are not going to be underwriting. It's someone who shows up without coverage to the marketplace, and then the insurance company can upcharge them for the preexisting condition for one year. I think that's actually a much easier way for sick people to get disadvantaged by this law than just saying we don't cover those benefits anymore.
