I think you need to enable tooling processes, even down to the h r and the way t at you write your contracts, to allow ultimate flexibility fo for your people. And as the great points of al bee made here, it's about talent. And also it's about diversity - because we know in the tech industry that to create really great products and services, we need the most diverse bunch of people we can possibly find.
