In an ECVC practice, emerging companies practice can get more in general and then it becomes more specialized for public companies as they deal with more complex issues. You're looked at as the company's outside advisor to help the company's management team and board make the decision that's the best for the company and its shareholders. It does take sort of enhanced knowledge of all of those different regulations relative to what they have to face when they're a private company.
