What Do You Think of Pine Mushrooms?
Pine mushrooms are coveted because of their aroma in their texture. Seeng made an appetizer, you made an entree, and what was the best thing? So what you didn't see is that i actually made seven dishes,. The first course was a smoked alcartar with huckleberries in there. A chicken of the woods mushroom was gently grilled on oyster poached in sea water. I don't know what the texture was at the end of the day, but it looked so special.
