The Negatives of Fed Tightening
I am looking for a potential top in year of year headline CPI, potentially by the end of the first quarter, 2022. And so the Fed would be tightening into a, you know, growth slowing in inflation decelerating environments. So that's obviously bad for, for indices. But if they, if they have that dovish surprise, that could give growth stocks and other little leg up. Right? I think there will be periods where some of them can do pretty well. For example, I tend to fade when sentiment is very extreme in say the tour to intermediate term. The more disislational pressures you get, it could help the growth stocks to some extent.
