The Disappointment of the Gay Rights Movement
I'm disappointed in the gay rights sort of community and movement. I feel like this ideology really cuts to the core of their original mission statement. This world is less accepting of a feminine gay males or masculine, lesbian females because they are now being told that their feelings regarding their sexuality were born in the wrong body. Once you start down this road of hormones or surgery, these are now medical issues that need to be addressed and monitored for the rest of someone's life. And we're going to see their lives are being shortened as a result of all of these interventions.
