For me, it actually doesn't feel like that much of attention when we were at the fellowship. I think most of the people who win that are probably past their greatest accomplishments. In the more extreme cases, I think prizes aren't great motivators or lifetime achievement awards. But my preference would be, there's some space for grants, non-dilutive money to people early and get them going on crazy ideas.
