Lloyd filed 26 post-divorce filings, a number that Michelle's lawyer said was incredibly high. Lloyd wanted full custody of the two youngest daughters but didn't want to pay any child support. He accused Michelle of all manner of things and tried to make her out to be a terrible mother. Police were skeptical about it being a suicide or a homicide at first.
