For a smaller start up, ina, scaling up, hiper growth kind of organization. You want as many virtuosos on the cum as a s can have. I do believe it's important to have some cor technical hchar type capabilities. But then for me, again, because in a small, very fast pace environment, it does daye your day to day relly bos down to delivery and execution. So you need people who don't shy away from being in the detail, people who cant execute.
