The Importance of Owning a River

I always thought it would be cool to own part of a river. I've got like literally a chunk of ground the size of this room that we can't access because it's, and I wouldn't want to. So are women better farmers? I don't know if I wouldn't say that's correct or not correct. The times have just changed and people are more confident, more comfortable doing with what makes them happy,. And it's not as much about, you know, big brother, farmer Joe coming back to farm the family ground anymore.
