Yen: Breathwork has a way of moving us outside of our patterns and e gives us more access to all the parts of ourselves. And i completely agree withwhat you'r saying about more access to creativity and higher power. We need to get outside of our structure in order to access that energy, and breathwork is a direct route, right to it. Yen,. there's also something about kind of healing the split between the mind and the body as well here. So so many of the kind of different schools of therapy, for example, don't really bring the body into into account. Could you tell a little bit of that, of that story?
