I think it's the responsibility we take for the energy in the room. That is the thread that goes through everything. It's the thread between why it's exhausting to think about having people come up to your house. And I am not ensuring that I pour out to make sure everybody's experiences is what it should be. My therapist keeps saying, I don't think you have to give all of yourself every time. She's like, IDon't think you can do these things without giving yourself a whole self away every time.
