The Benefits of Active Heat Training

The first week when you're starting with heat trainings, sessions, I recommend to take down the overall volume and maybe also intensity just to make that done an easy training week. So, so, so it seems like you can achieve the same as a heat chamber by doing this heat suit training. And of course, it's much easier to do a heat to put on a heat suit or to over dress. But yeah, in general, I would recommend being active during the heat stimulus.
