Competitive Analysis - Is Industry a Good Idea?
Industry is probably a littleb too short sighted and probably not the right concept to find your real competitors. If you talk to anyone, they will tell you, ye, look at just all the players in yor industry and see how you're competing with them. But what we're seeing lately is that you're not just competing within your industry. You're competing basicall, with everyone, right? So the companies like formocitical companies, thought that, you know, they will never be disrupted by players from outside the industry. And now apple and google are coming in with this a heal tack, and they're just being disrupted, also, on a different level.
