The Lifecycle of Common European Eels
Star orbiting black hole is one of the brightest and easiest to look at. Kerry Mel Badry, who's just taken up a post at the famous astronomy department of the California Institute of Technology Caltech made the discovery. Eels have four life stages in which their body changes quite drastically. The European eel actually reabsorbs its own stomach and grows its reproductive organs - but scientists haven't been able to catch them red-handed.
