A couple of serve of fruit a day is a good target to shoot four. Four to six servings of vegetables per day are another good target. One to two servings of whole grains every day as well. You cannot just take a green supplement and think that you have your bases covered. There are many other different molecules and nutrients that are in whole foods that are not in powdered versions of those foods.
