How to Calculate the Number of Active Entities on the Blockchain
There were about 44 million UTXOs with a usable balance so not with dust on them. The average Bitcoin user has dozens of addresses they have different wallets and hardware wallets like to me that intuitively didn't make sense. If we know publicly verifiable on the blockchain how much Bitcoin do they hold that is constantly being tracked then you could potentially reverse engineer how many people are actually holding Bitcoin on those exchanges, he said.
