i want to try this out for six weeks and report back on how this goes for me. i've gone from, you know, 16 hours fasted up to 22. Now my body is in a facid state for 22 hours in a 24 hour cycle. But i think it possibly is also having an effect on my circadian biology because i am alining myself with the sun's cycles.
