The company has four million dollars in assets under management and third party assets o management. The run rate, 33 million dollars in asset management fees, 67 million dollars in incenta fees, for a total of a hundred million run rate in fees. They are experts at fhinding um, cheap real estate, high quality real estate. And they are great valu investments. It's amazing to imlords to cost y capital because they're able to do these deals not to front cash and end up with bigger pines.
