How to Build the Muscle Memory
If we talk about muscle memory you know people will say I need a need the high repetition to build the skill to build the muscle memory. What's your take on the muscle memory chat um I wouldn't it's not something that I would work on myself because like even in simple tasks like even insimple tasks it's impossible to repeat and move them into exactly so what we're looking to achieve is consistent task outcomes. We need to be able to kind of adapt our movements to suit to kind of emerging constraints to um to satisfy those outcomes.
