The Importance of Trust in Leadership

It's easy to say, you know, care about your your people that you lead. But it's I think extremely hard to do to put the interest of those you lead before your own interest. The only people who could naturally do that are parents. And we learn this in the military. Some some know that kind of innately and others maybe never experienced that.
