Fox has a history of doing this, paying people off. They paid $20 million to Gretchen Carlson over sexual harassment issues and $90 million around Roger Ailes and Bill O'Reilly in 2013. I think the core Fox viewer hears about this but doesn't really care. This was a bunch of those New York lawyers coming out. Okay, mistakes were made. Where it might hurt them is now they have established precedence for future cases.
