How Much Is Your Cash Flow?
Let's say that if the current plan, you need 30 grand a year to fund your cash flow needs. In plan b, you know, next chapter, it would probably be more like 20 thousand. So now, if we need 20 grand a year from your portfolio, and you do have a chunk of money, right? And i'm not even going to consider that you need to sock away a ton of money because always what happens, as people say, i'm going to down size.
