Instead of using the word crazy, consider using surprising or wild. Why? Because crazy is ableist language that trivializes the experience of people living with mental health conditions. You're not allowed to say insane either. Instead of saying quadriplegic, you should say person with a spinal cord injury or person who is paralyzed.
