Should I Nap or Not?

There's some evidence that though short naps can have a positive effect, acutely, on performance in participants who have been restricted of their sleep. Buta, but, ye, if you're to this and youre thinking, but just to get me through this next workout, should i nap or not? If we're viewing it in a vacuum, there is some of the evidence there to suggest that napping can be a pretty helpful strategy.
