i think as a preventian methodology, ill give you the example. If some one is feeling angry, why does it matter whether they can label, you know this five or six ies sot of within ange? What benefit does that have to that individual and to those around them? So many, many years ago, i worked in new york cities public schools with children who were labelled emotionally disturbed. And we gave them the mood metr which is our signature tool for plotting feelings and being emotionally self aware. Then we taught kids to understand what it felt like in their minds n their body feel pieved and irritated, verse his angry verses enraged.
