Is Asking Questions a Good Strategy?

In some cases asking questions is a perfect valid strategy. In some cases you should be more direct. It really depends on your relation with the person to whom you are giving this feedback. Of course when you are asking a question you are kind of living space for the other party to say no. Even after the person has said no but I still think that you should. If this is something you kind of suggest but don't necessarily want to fight for then you just live in person.
