How to Get New Vocab

You don't learn new things from speaking. You're practicing what you already learned when you speak. To get new words, you have to be reading and listening. Long term memory is years and years and years, maybe forever, your whole life. Short term memory doesn't help us very much in language learning because you need to remember the vocab for a long time.
