The Importance of Confidence
A 2.1 GPA implies the person has performed badly, they lack a track record. You get people with high grades who lack confidence. They have very good grades, but they don't think they can get into these elite firms. It's more common than you think. Actually, common amongst females, common amongst minorities,. I would say common amongst everyone, even Caucasian clients as well.
