Is There a Delay in Insulin Resistance?

A lot of people in the keto space don't think fat triggers insulin at all, but it just may be a delayed effect. If you're waking up and you feel really full or certain markers are off in the morning, it's likely because you had an insulin effect from the fat that you, the overfat you're consuming. When you have too much fat in the diet and it's now it's got that added load, especially if you're diabetes, you're insulin resistant. Now your body has more stuff to worry about doing, including getting the fat stored away.
