How to Prompt Engineer Chat GPT

It feels to me like more things are possible than we're good at doing in terms of prompt engineering. If you give it just subtly different prompts or vastly different prompts, you can get vastly different results. The second question is identifying when this is the right tool for the job or not. I think there's going to be a lot of experimentation.
