i'm dutch and american. My er father worked for nato. And just south of brussels is were the hav their operational headquarters. So i grow up in the belgian countryside from being very little until my er early teens. Public transportation enables you to all over a sprawling city quite efficiently. A day past costs not too much, with that a one can get everywhere.
