The Evolution of Community Banks

Technology that on the one hand has been a challenge for community banks is now starting to become a real enabler to us. For example, we were able to work with a third party underwriting solution called GDS link and they provide real time loan decisioning. We're working with CSI, which provides real time documentation, loan doc generation. And so we have now the ability to have a customer come in and work with, in this case, make a plan for a loan and basically have a loan within minutes. That's a competency that not many of the big banks can do at all for starters.
