Is the Brain an Information Process?

A lot of people talk about the brain as an information process, insetem. But this is a somewhat different sense of information. I think here it's more about the internal structure of the thing,. And ien, obviously brains areebedte ine wi er, sense of assistance and so on. So from an engineering, scientific point of view, looking at an external observer at the brain, i can study it as an infor ation transmission system or procesting system. This may not have been the best choice of words, but that's where we are.
