When people do have revelations, are there common patterns of what's causing that? Yeah. Even just doing something completely new for a period of time helps them get into a different frame of mind and they can look at the same thing differently. Sometimes it's just a case of confirming what you already know - we can often doubt ourselves or be fearful about change. The more that you can clear out science back because it's not like you're holding on to anything bad, but the more that you Can clear what's happening for you and where you're holding, the clearer you feel.
