Even if you've been in the like down in the trenches of a symptoms that haven't budged, even a small improvement feels really exciting. That is the great motivator. So for me, it's been great to see my HRV scores going up. It's great to see the sleep scores improving. Certainly with red light, there've been some really interesting studies on glymphatic drainage. This is how your brain flushes. And if you look at the aura ring, you can kind of see when people have been doing red light for a while that you have going in and out of deep sleep more often.
