Speaking of Jung: Interviews with Jungian Analysts

CHAPTER

The Rupture of Time

Jung's concept of Sinkrenicity was important to him because it was a way of challenging that notion as it were. Jung said recently I have put a great deal of study into synchronicity briefly, the rupture of time. That phrase appears in Eliades interview with Jung at the 1952 Aaronos conference. It is published in the book CG Young Speaking. In a sense, it's slightly flavored by Eliades, because Eliades is the one who talked a lot about rupturing time and history and so on.
