In 2020, I'll take you back to that year when a man by the name of George Floyd was killed by police in Minneapolis. Now, what you may have noticed either here in the US or in your whole country was that many leaders of organizations issued racial justice states following his death. And we noticed a pattern which was surprising to us. Many leaders willingly confess about not knowing there was a problem with racial inequity and even confessing publicly that they were complicit in some way without interest.
