The best way to learn it for a lot of people is just through experience. I think, really good players, they eventually get to a point where they hold their removal for stuff that's going to immediately kill me or end the game. So if you find yourself in the position where like, I have that removal stuff in my hand and I just didn't deploy it, then maybe move towards using it more. But most people are on the side of I've been deploying my removal too aggressively, not holding it enough.
