Mining Commodity Prices Are Never Stable Right?

Mining commodity prices are never stable right it's rare that we have flats rising prices. Depending on who has more leverage and a negotiation if we're talking about concentrates do the miners have the leverage or do the smelters have the leverage so those are the things that I think investors to be aware of at a high level.
