I know him a bit. I think he's been having for the last few weeks a series of good weeks both around the world and with the renegotiation, protocol and so on. He looks like one of the grown-ups in the room. Don't underestimate him. The glass is hell. Isn't it funny what what makes someone legally is an interesting question? And he has started to look legally. It's partly because as you say, he's had good weeks. And then people start to see leaders in a different light.
