I'm always eating the local cuisine. One of the joys of this country is its diversity of its food. If you come from the UK, your idea about Indian food has very little relation to what Indian food actually is. And I now realize that- The chicken tikka masala. It's certainly chicken tikki masala and no problem. You know, I'm, I'm,. I'm, you know, delicious. A guy in Glasgow, my mother's hometown died the other day. He thinks the better Chicken Tikka Masala was invented by a man who lived in Glasgow. But we're going back to India with lots more birds so you can eat
