What Is Gravitational Gravity?
You can't have planets without a star. The stars form from clouds of gas that, through different mechanisms, cool down and contract on themselves. And these rocks are trapped in the star's gravitational web. So over time, these little particles of dust will hit each other to become pebbles. Those will become boulders all the way up to planets.
