The Fourth Revolution in the Roman Empire

The patricians were less threatened by the prospect of men with no bloodline becoming rich because they were astoundingly rich already. The plebs became perhaps more importantly integrated into a single military, and the plebs with the lands of the agar publicists began to form up the backbone of the Roman empire. And so the fourth revolution then is the coming of democracy, which is a foregone conclusion at this point.
