The common law I think is actually very nice because unlike let's say if you have a fda kind of situation where liability is essentially wiped off the place. Even down in prospra it's a regulated industry essentially what that means is you have to have insurance so if anything goes wrong with the study there has to be a certain amount of insurance on those kinds of activities. Eventually over time prospra will have a much wider global community in terms of people coming in, says leguewater and mac. "I think it will end up being the Hong Kong of the Caribbean exactly"
