You see a lot more workplace shootings perpetrated by men of color. The perpetrators are majority white, but it's only around 60% white. Those have actually gone down in recent years. We call these a type of performance crimes because they're meant to be watched and witnessed. And we do know that perpetrators are looking for that attention.
