As a DGE, I've been in rooms where I feel like we're launching something and there aren't enough ease in the room. And that's why we have to know, oh, are we, we're done brainstorming. We've made our decision. Now what we need to do is get this going and off the ground. The other thing is if you have a W.I. in the room and they go, Hey, wait a second. I was just thinking maybe instead of this, we should like this, that meeting is over. Totally. Yep. A W.I will be comfortable doing that right up to the end. That's critical for me too.
