But when the organization starts to mature and your practice is progressing towards that future state, how do you get credit for that? I think that's a pitfall as people aren't measuring the great work that they're doing. In my experience, what I've done similarly that I would recommend you try is a skills map. With teams of mine in the past, we just have them look at different hard skills and soft skills that researchers deliver within an organization.
