I think even before just the emailing side Uh, just the and the actual content of whatever you're sending. A lot of reps fail because they fail to follow up I have a general rule where if rep doesn't follow up I'm kind of an asshole about it. If a rep doesn't following up with me at least four emails I don't reply unless the first email is just phenomenal. The idea of operations is to gain efficiencies if a AI Function is helping you write that email.
