The Importance of Listening to Yourself
Jack Garrett is a soloist. He gets up on stage with looping technology and transforms his voice, the guitar, a piano, synthesizers, drums, or manner of musical machinery into a rather joyful noise. What's lovely about him is he's taken to Twitter and so forth to really become an advocate of speaking out about how you really feel. Some days, he'll post when he's feeling shitty and not creative and down and dumps. We talk about how his album was released right as the pandemic hit and how he feels about moving forward.
